Each of the consecrated members of the Little Brothers of the Eucharist has received countless hours of personalized spiritual direction from a wide range of priests. It is thanks to this freely given gift that each of us was able to find our vocations, varied though the paths have been. It is in this spirit that we, in our turn, wish to give back to the Church for all that we have received. We would like to help young men who are seeking their vocations. We wish to offer a sabbatical time to men ages 20-30 who want to deepen their spiritual lives and discern the Loving God's plan for them. Whether their future lies as a priest, consecrated or married person, a deeper prayer life will help them, and this is what we would like to propose.
Priests would be on hand to administer the sacraments and for spiritual accompaniment. Those interested would be expected to follow the customs of the community, which include living in a hermitage, daily Mass and holy hours, manual work and fellowship. The length of stay can be worked out with the community, depending on the needs of each person.
